Farglory Free Trade Zone Investment Holding Co., Ltd. first began operating as Yuan-Xiang Airfreight & Warehousing in 1991. The Company was listed on the Taipei Exchange (TPEx) in 1999, and went further on to be listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) in 2004. Since 2000, Farglory has actively participated in the Taoyuan Air Cargo Park Development Project promoted by the Civil Aeronautics Administration. In 2003, Farglory officially obtained the right to a 50-year development and operation under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Scheme, from where the “Farglory Free Trade Zone” took off. The Farglory Free Trade Zone stretches over 45 hectares, and is the first air cargo park cum free trade zone set “within national territory but outside customs jurisdiction” in Taiwan.

Integration of logistics, talents, businesses, capital, information technology, special air cargo zone planning set “within national territory but outside customs jurisdiction”, and through provision of services from importing raw materials, processing, and manufacturing to delivery configuration, Farglory takes care of upstream, midstream and downstream operations. Commitment to orders received in the morning being shipped in the afternoon, and attaining 100% goods delivery to the customer within 2 days (a.k.a. “1002”).

Of more than 700 free trade zones throughout the world, Farglory Free Trade Zone is the first free trade zone set “within national territory but outside customs jurisdiction” offering five integral functions. The Zone consists of air cargo terminal, warehouse operation center, domestic and foreign logistics center, value-added park and cold chain logistics warehouses to provide superb economic efficiency and competitiveness. The entire zone is expected to have an annual cargo handling capacity of 800 thousand tons, which will make Farglory the groundbreaking leader in the world of air cargo logistics.
