As a corporate citizen, the Company continues to communicate with its stakeholders through diversified channels, understand their needs and give prompt responses in order to fulfill its corporate social responsibility. By establishing a communication mechanism with stakeholders and carrying out substantive analysis, the Company is able to identify the most important issues for stakeholders and determine possible response measures, which further enable the Company to strengthen information disclosure.
In respect to the Company’s business stakeholders, we have sorted out the main stakeholders that include: employees, clients, investors, suppliers, contractors, government agencies and neighborhood communities, and elaborated on the concerned issues and communication methods (channels) to their contact persons.

To protect employee rights and interests and care for employees, the Company has formulated or adopted policies or measures, such as Guidelines on Gender Equality, Sexual Harassment Prevention and Handling Measures, in its work rules and employee handbook. The Company carries out an annual employee satisfaction survey. The Company has established a complaint filing and confidential employee reporting system, with which it can handle a variety of problems related to employee’s rights and interests and their claims in a timely way. Labor-management meetings and Staff Welfare Committee meetings are held regularly to promote the interests of the employees. The Company plans and offers different types of training programs and learning resources, such as orientation training, on-the-job training, advanced training, etc., to foster the professional development for employees. The Company provides required health and first-aid facilities and regularly provides occupational safety and health education and trainings. |

The Company highly values employee training and talent development. The purpose of talent training is to meet job requirements and enhance work performance. To promote labor-management harmony and protect employee’s rights and interests, the Company regularly holds labor-management meetings and follows statutory laws and regulations to meet requirements for labor relations and improve working conditions. Furthermore, the Company respects employees’ right to freedom of association and will not hinder the right of employees to establish and join organizations of their own choosing. Therefore, the Company provides a competitive compensation & benefits plan and fully links its overall operating profitability with employee’s individual performance; employees who have excellent performance will be rewarded.
In terms of employee welfare, the Company has set a well-rounded benefits package with adequate pension scheme rules. It also has a Hygiene & Safety Office comprehensively taking care of occupational safety and health-related affairs. The Office continues to offer occupational safety and health training and holds emergency simulation exercises. It also has the responsibility of managing the occupational safety and health training for workplace, equipment and hazardous substances, so as to ensure employee’s occupational safety and health.
