    Farglory FTZ has applied for the establishment of a supervisory committee for business entity’s labor retirement reserve on May 22, 1995 to manage the retirement reserves, the handling of retirement conditions and payment of pension funds.
    Our Company processes pension payments according to the Labor Standards Act and the Enforcement Rules of the Labor Pension Act: for employees who have chosen the old system, monthly deposits will be allocated to the Central Trust; for employees who have chosen the new system, contributions will be made on a monthly basis to the employee’s personal retirement pension account.
