    Farglory FTZ has applied for the establishment of a supervisory committee for business entity’s labor retirement reserve on May 22, 1995 to manage the retirement reserves, the handling of retirement conditions and payment of pension funds.
    Our Company processes pension payments according to the Labor Standards Act and the Enforcement Rules of the Labor Pension Act: for employees who have chosen the old system, monthly deposits will be allocated to the Central Trust; for employees who have chosen the new system, contributions will be made on a monthly basis to the employee’s personal retirement pension account.

  • Professional training

    Statutory courses, license courses, skills training courses, on-the-job unit training courses, etc.
    1. In line with the government's laws and regulations, employees who already have licenses will be provided regular re-training. For employees who have yet to obtain a license, special subsidies will be provided to encourage their certification.
    2. Experienced professional lecturers will be invited to conduct systematic academic/technical/practical training for staff.

Training is also designed to further enhance ability in handling assignments, hierarchical management, self-inspection and on-going adjustments to improve work efficiency.
    2. We provide training for on-site management personnel to familiarize themselves with the principles of movement and routinization, problem-solving in real time, mastering and effective execution of the tracking tools/layered audits/intelligence collection, and quality performance management on-site. Training is also designed to further enhance ability in handling assignments, hierarchical management, self-inspection and on-going adjustments to improve work efficiency.
    3. Assistance is offered to division managers to obtain and master the knowledge and skills in fostering subordinates’ development. Support is also provided in systematic training and motivation of subordinates, enhancement of subordinates' abilities with the aim to achieve successful talent cultivation.
