Employee assistance programs

To boost employees’ competitiveness, improve their work safety and protect their rights and interests, the Company provides various learning opportunities and rich resources for personal development and creates a safe and healthy working environment for its employees.

I. To offer its employees a safe and healthy working environment, ensure their work safety and protect their rights and interests, the Company adopts the following measures:

1. To protect the safety and health of employees, the Company includes the purchase of personal protective equipment for employees in the annual budget. On-site workers are equipped with safety shoes, back belts, and non-slip gloves. In winter, in addition to cold weather clothing, wool caps are also given to workers.

2. To maintain the safety and health of employees, the Company regularly organizes occupational health and safety education and training courses, forklift safety training, fire safety education and training, aviation security education and training, hazardous materials training, etc., so that employees acquire proper safety and health-related knowledge to ensure good protection.

3. To protect a variety of employee’s rights of employment, working hours, attendance, leave taking, rewards and punishments, promotions, other than taking out labor insurance and national health insurance for its employees by the laws and regulations required by the government, the Company also adds the rights and interests of employees in the code of work in detail.

4. In accordance with the relevant occupational safety and health laws and regulations, the Company established an Occupational Safety and Health Committee and Supervisory Office to deal with matters of concern, protect employees from occupational injuries, and reduce hazards in the workplace. To ensure employee safety, in addition to offering labor and health insurance for all employees, we also provide group insurance and travel insurance.

II. To increase employee competitiveness, the Company plans and offers different types of training programs and learning resources, such as orientation training, on-the-job training, advanced training, internal lecturer training, new perspectives lectures, occupational safety training, aviation security training, anti-smuggling training, management training for mid-level and top-level managers, etc.
