Environmental protection
To improve the utilization efficiency of various resources, the Company adheres its philosophy of sustainable management in the workplace by adopting various kinds of energy conservation and carbon reduction measures.
Creating a sustainable environment
(1) Implementing sustainability measures to cut energy costs, such as the use of energy-efficient lighting and independent circuits for lighting equipment in the Park.
(2) Use energy-efficient valves to lower the water bills and improve the utilization of water resources.
(3) Build rainwater harvesting ponds and use recycled rainwater to irrigate plants in the Park.
(4) Analyze the circulation among the three major cycles of pump, compressor and cooling tower of the air conditioning system, and devise the energy-efficient structure of the air-conditioning system, which incorporates two core components: the strategies for improvement of equipment and operation optimization strategy of the system.
(5) Energy-efficient strategies for the air-conditioning system: the Company reduces energy costs by adopting an operating strategy for the host of chilled water, optimizing the temperature setting of the chilled water and regulating the chilled water flow rate of the cooling tower. By controlling air-conditioning temperatures, regulating the uses of water and electricity, and analyzing overall efficiency, the Company is able to achieve office energy efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions.
(6) The Company carries out document digitalization, and further reduces massive volumes of paper waste; the Company also implements strict classification of waste and recycles resources before final disposal of waste.
